Wholesale Jewelry Program
Wholesale Ordering Procedure:
You must submit your wholesale orders via a website, email or call. Orders will be processed the same day if received before 2:00 PM (EST) after receiving them.
If you make your order via email you need to include the following information:
Name and contact info of the purchasing agent
Full company name
Complete and accurate shipping address
Item name
Number of items ordered
Order Ship By Date
Order Confirmation:
When we receive your wholesale order, you will receive an email that your order has been received and currently processed. Once your order has shipped you will receive another email containing a tracking number and an invoice that will include the wholesale cost of the product. Orders can not be canceled after they ship.

All Jewelry is shipped from our showroom located in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Where Can I Drop Ship Jewelry?
We are currently only drop shipping jewelry in the USA market.

How Will Your Store Products Sync Inventory?
We recommend using an app such as Shopify App: Stock Sync: Automate Inventory This app will help to sync all the products in your store with our current inventory. If you have an e-commerce store we can try to find the best solution for you. We provide a Google Sheet with all the Inventory items updated daily.

What Are My Wholesale Prices?
We have a wide variety of items so therefore it is best you pick the items you want for your store and we will provide you the wholesale prices for each item. Send us the product URL or SKU and we will send you the Wholesale Price List.

How Long Does Shipping Take To Ship?
Orders are shipped the same day if placed before 2PM EST. All orders will be shipped the next business day after 2PM EST.

What Is Packed Inside Each Order?
We pack the jewelry in a jewelry box and insert an invoice (You Must Supply The Invoice). If you do not supply the invoice then we will not send an invoice in the package and only the jewelry item with the jewelry box will be shipped.

If Drop Shipping, How Much Does Shipping Cost?
We ship with USPS and each order costs $4.00.

How Long Does It Take To Deliver?
Orders take about 2-7 business days, depending on their location and USPS.

Will I Get A Tracking Number?
Yes you will get a tracking number with every order

Can I Have My Branded Invoice Packed Inside Each Order?
Yes you can have your own invoice with each order as long as you email us the invoice to Wholesale@JB-Jewelry.com
